Order Processing & Delivery
- Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 0–7 working days depending on the delivery location (generally around 7-8 working days for out-of-state deliveries).
- Shipping Zones: msdd.in offers shipping to cities all over India.
- Import Duties: The customer is responsible for any import duty or local taxes that may be levied upon their order (where applicable).
Shipping Address & RTO Rules
Once your msdd.in order ships, it must go to the address provided at the time you placed your order.
Return to Origin (RTO): If you cannot receive or pick up your order after three attempts by the courier, it will come back to our warehouse.
Any refund against RTO orders will not be initiated. However, you can request us to re-ship it by providing your New/Actual Address & Contact Details. We will happily reship it on the next working day.
Possible Delays
While we always strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to courier partner issues, extreme weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we make every effort to keep customers informed.
